The integration of informationization and industrialization and the strategy of industrial 4.0 provide extensive support for the intelligent industrial development, the industrial manufacturing level is gradually improving. As the basic carrier of industrial manufacturing, the workshop provides data support for the upper management and manages the manufacturing process, directly reflect the industrial development level at present. Accelerate the pace of informationization and digitalization in workshop, relay on network-technology to manage the workshop information is an important way to realize the digital workshop.Based on the analysis of the current workshop information management, through the research of the OPC industrial agreements and the DDE communication protocol, the article propose a data acquisition method based on OPC technology and a remote control method with the DDE communication protocol to implement the management of the workshop information. Aiming at collecting the real-time data, the paper adopts multi-thread technology and OPC technology as the means of information collection. Building the DCOM communication between OPC client program and numerical control equipment, the acquisition module build a single thread for every CNC equipment to read information in the OPC server. Also the broken-network reconnect mechanism and the data validation mechanism are used to detect data integrity and network stability. In order to control the system variable of the CNC system by network, in this paper, we will develop a third-party software in the CNC system to realize the control of CNC equipment. The third-party software receives and analysis control commands from the workshop management system as a TCP client. Then in the local NC system, changing the system variable of the machine through the NCDDE server which in the NC equipment to realize the remote control.The paper realizes the information collection of NC equipment and the control of remote NC system, solving the problem existing in the traditional information management and providing a way to realize informationization management and digitalization production in workshop.
