| With many circumstances of the increasing demand for domestic and international rail vehicles especially in EMU, the speed sensor that is one of the main products for the vehicle speed detection systems has been widely used on the rail transports, and it also brings a good prospect for the speed sensor detection system. Currently, the traditional single detection system has already unsatisfied actual demands. The system should require multi-functional and intelligent. According to the sensor track record, this system can be refined equipment management. The performance of the sensor can be evaluated comprehensively by the result of sensor data analysis and the using information of the sensor. This system can improve the detection accurary and ensure the safety of the speed sensor while using. Based on the current status of the speed sensor detection system, the paper has designed the speed sensor integrated detection system based on Internet of Things.Firstly, under the ideas of Internet of Things, the designed system conducts barcode identification for the testing devices in order to detect the sensors under the long-term condition. Relying on the detailed parameters about equipments, the paper has defined the functional requirements of the detection system. In terms of hardware and software, it has designed system architecture, the main circuit, the research of software development and the design of system software architecture based on MVC framework. About the data center of system, after selecting the database management software, the paper has completed the design of modular data center and data table. The paper has also completed the top-level design of the detection system based on the design of hardware, software and data center.Secondly, based on top-level design of detection system, signal acquisition and filtering, data processing and storage are designed and optimized. In terms of signal acquisition and filtering, the detection signal is filtering based on RBFNN principle of law and filtered outlier median filtering algorithm. The result of data simulation is displayed by Matlab. Signal filtering through joint can effectively suppress the interference signal and improve the authenticity of the detection signal. In terms of data processing and storage, the paper has established the sampling frequency and the calculation of motor speed. Dynamic display of detection data is achieved by using Tee Chart controls. After the introduction of the database access technology, the data storage of detection system is completed writing code.At last, through the top-level design of the detection system, the optimization in the aspects of signal acquisition and filtering, data processing and storage, the paper has completed the integrated sensor detection system based on Internet of Things by using the technology of C#.NET. The actual test shows that this system is fully functional and convenient to operate, and effectively improve the detection efficiency on speed sensor and related equipments. |
