Strap-down inertial navigation system has become an important way to support navigation cause of its autonomy, low cost, easy maintenance, and be widely used in military and civilian fields,including missiles, ships, aircraft and others. Since SINS has complex structure and be difficult to test, in order to shorten study time and saving unnecessary loss of human and material resourc es, the establishment of SINS simulation system based on purpose to become an effective tool. V&V(Verification & Validation) can effectively improve the reliability of the simulation system, while the technology accumulation is relatively low.This paper made more in-depth research on SINS simulation system and V&V process by establishing SINS simulation model. At the same time to avoid the influence of subjective factors on the verification results, the blind equivale n t verification test methods had been proposed in the system verification process, so the results be more credible. The main work of this paper is summarized as follow s :(1) Based on theory of SINS simulation system, using Labview and Matlab software to establish trajectories, the inertial measurement unit model, the mathematics model. By analyzing model error sources and error propagat io n characteristics, reducing the impact of errors via model error compensati o n. Determine communication protocol between hardware and software interface, and construct SINS simulation system platfo rm.(2) Design SINS simulation system V&V program. Under the V&V standards, the choice of V&V method of simulation models and concepts needs to be checked. Testing SINS simulation system and real system together, verify consistency between simulation system and the real system with Theil inequali t y method, gray related degree method, spectral estimation method.(3) Using blind equivalent to test SINS simulation system and real syste m, get the end of both sets of data used in time. Verify static consistency betwee n simulation system and the real system by non-parametric tests.
