With the plural development of communication standard with coexistence of multiple communication systems, traditional microware device with complex structure, clumsy bulk and single function no longer meets the need of development of 5G mobile communication system. Reconfiguration microware device can solve problems with one device instead of multiple devices, which not only realizes miniaturization and integration of multi-functions but also solve the tensing frequency resource problem. As an indispensable microware device, power divider mainly reallocates and combines power. While traditional power divider can’t meet the diverse application need of present wireless communication because of its limitation of working frequency, broadband and function. The essay mainly studies the reconfiguration of transmission wire characteristic impedance and phase shift, applies them to several common power dividers on the purpose of reconstructing performance of power dividers. Reconfiguration power dividers mentioned in the essay takes the advantage of specialty that the value of capacitance of varactor diodes alters instantly with direct current offset volt. Reconfiguration power dividers load the varactor diodes onto the transmission wire of impedance convertors, alter characteristic impedance and phase shift of special transmission wires, change the ratio of working frequency and output power of power dividers and realize the instant and continuous reconfiguration of distribution ratio of working frequency and power of power dividers. Besides, the reconfiguration power dividers have the advantage of smallsized circuit, compact and simple structure and integration effortless, which can meet the need of 5G mobile communication systems towards microware device. Main research content of the essay is written below:At the beginning, the essay makes detailed introduction on the research background and research significance of reconfiguration power dividers of the field of wireless communication, and emphasizes the statement of research status of power dividers domestic and abroad.Then, the essay mainly introduces the basic theory and operating principle of the power divider, offers a detailed introduction of operating principle and designing method of several common power dividers, and conducts a thorough analysis with the application of relative theories of odd-even model. Based on theories of transmission wire and electromagnetic field microwave, the essay conducts research on the reconfiguration of transmission wire characteristic impedance and phase shift, and proposes the specific designing method and theoretical parameters of a new power divider which can load Variable capacitors. According to the specific designing parameters of power divider, various models of reconfiguration power dividers are established with the application of ADS simulation software, and simulation analysis is conducted by means of ADS software, all of which achieves the continuous reconfiguration of allocation proportion of operating frequency and power of power dividers. Patent for invention is applied for two reconfiguration power dividers, one of which is the nonequalization power divider whose operating frequency can be reconstructed in wide range, the other of which is one whose allocation proportion of power can be reconstructed continuously.At last, circuit map of power dividers is designed with the assistance of ADS software, and simulation as well as fabrication of real object of various types of reconfiguration power dividers is completed. Reconfiguration power dividers are under the data test. According to the current result of simulation data, the designing method of reconfiguration power divider proposed in the essay proves effective.
