The Design On Wireless Data Transmission Of The Atmospheric Distillation System Based On The Android Platform

Wireless transmission technology is the core of the remote control technology. The main purpose of this research is applying the wireless transmission technology to industrial remote monitoring, to improve the reliability and the speedability of the telecontrol system, and it complements the industrial application for wireless technology of Industroy 4.0. At the same time, the successful research of this project are filled a domestic gap in the petrochemical industry of atmospheric distillation system for remote control network technology.Based on the current mainstream of Android platform, this project use WLAN and adopt WebService remote data access technology, combined with communication protocol of SOAP, It designed and implemented the telecontrol system for atmosphere distillation unit, so plant operators(engineer) can realized the remote operation of device by mobile phone. In this paper, specific work is as follows:First, the paper detailed introduces the Android system architecture, and analyzes a variety of technologies which related to the Android project development. All this work will lay a good foundation for subsequent work.Secondly, the paper sets a overall-planning scheme for the Wireless data transmission system based on Android platform. In this overall-planning scheme, the hardware module and software module of both server-side and client-side for each specific design. Beyond that, This chapter respectively introduces the WebService technology, protocol and data transport protocol.Then, on the basis of the above scheme, the paper designes the atmospheric distillation Wireless data transmission system, in addition, it detailed develops some modules including Web-side,Android-side and Database-side.Finally, the paper Atmospheric distillation remote control system for the actual operation, to test the correctness and reliability of the scheme.
