Both complementary sequence sets with zero correlation zone(ZCZ) and sequence pair sets play an important role in many fields such as radar, information security and code division multiple access(CDMA) system. In order to reduce multiple access interference and multipath interference in the system, choosing sequences with good autocorrelation and cross-correlation properties has become an important direction of research scholars. Due to the number of sequences in a set will affect the capacity of users, but the size of zero correlation zone has certain limitations, so the construction of complementary sequence set and sequence pair set with zero correlation zone to achieve the theoretical circle is of great significance.First of all, based on perfect ternary sequence and its shifting, different mapping according to the parity of the different sequence length,a construction of 8 quadrate amplitude modulation+(8-QAM+) orthogonal sequence sets is proposed. Then combined with the binary, ternary and quaternary orthogonal sequence sets, a kind of 8 QAM + aperiodic zero correlation zone complementary sequence set achieving the theoretical circle was constructed by choosing different parameters, which offer more options for projects.Secondly, based on Hadamard matrix and orthogonal matrix pair, a kind of ternary aperiodic zero correlation zone sequence pair sets with subsets is proposed. The use of two iterative methods makes the sequence pair set possess more subsets and longer ZCZ, and with the increasing of the number of iterations, the subset sequence number also increase exponentially. The ZCZ of arbitrary subset and the ZCZ between different subsets are associated with the number of zero padding and matrix shifting. This paper constructs the sequence sets with more subsequences, which can be better used in quasi-synchronous CDMA.Finally, based on ternary odd-periodic complementary sequence,a kind of 8-QAM+ odd-periodic complementary sequence with odd or even numbers of subsequences is constructed. Then based on ternary odd-periodic complementary pair, a kind of 8-QAM+ odd-periodic sequence with 2 times length is presented by using 8-QAM+ constellation and interleaving technique. At last,a kind of 8-QAM+ odd-periodic ZCZ complementary sequence set with the flexible number of subsequences and the flexible length ZCZ is constructed based on ternary odd-periodic complementary sequence by using 8-QAM+ constellation transforming relationship and shift sequence set.
