Building Enterprise Project Management System Of CMCC Based On Mutlpile Open Source Archetecture

China Mobile Communication Corporation (CMCC), as the leading communication corporation in the world, has the largest number of customers, and its mobile communication network is also the most complex, and providing more types of services than many other communication corporations in the world. In order to keep pace with the development of the corporation, to compete with other communication corporations in the world, and to provide better and more types of services to meet the need of customers, CMCC has to invest in and proceed with many projects to make its services more competitive from now on, so it has to manage its projects elaborately. Files of excel and so on were mostly used by CMCC to submit or distribute their information with old project management system in the past, and this method had many shortages as follows: First, the managers had to deal with seas of data, much of which had to be repeatedly recorded and calculated for many times. In this way, not only the accuracy of data could not be guaranteed, but also the meaningless workload was increased. Second, the information of projects was lagged heavily.
