Building light environment is an important part of the building environment which is also the important guarantee for human to work, live and do various other activities indoors. Based on the specific evaluation elements and the intelligent control demands, the article breaks the traditional way of using isolated index to evaluate, predict and control the building light environment. It constructs integrated research system of comprehensive evaluation, intelligent prediction and control, and applies fuzzy evaluation and intelligent control theory represented by neural network and fuzzy control to the construction process of the building light environment.First of all, this paper makes a deep analysis of the evaluation factors and standards to the light environment. By researching the characteristics of natural lighting and artificial lighting, it puts forward the intelligent control demands to the building light environment and the intelligent control strategy of natural lighting priority.Secondly, by using the fuzzy theory, this research conducts the comprehensive evaluation to the quality of building light environment. Selecting three different light environment scenes, based on evaluation factors of it, using the research method of subjective and objective combination, it conducts multivariate statistical analysis to evaluation elements, and obtains fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of building light environment. It analyzes the evaluation results of the light environment of three different scenes, and tests the accuracy of the method.Next, this paper carries out the design and training of BP neural network and uses it to predict the building intelligent light environment quality. By comparing with the actual evaluation results, it is proved that the feasibility of using BP neural network to predict the building intelligent light environment.At last, it researches the method of fuzzy control to the intelligent light environment. Combined with the research results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it determines the input and output of the system and establishes fuzzy control rule table, applying MATLAB to the simulation of fuzzy control of building intelligent light environment and constructing a control model of Simulink for illumination as an example. It proves that the fuzzy control is effective to building intelligent light environment.This study establishes an all-round evaluation, forecast and control system for building intelligent light environment, based on people’s demand, providing a theoretical support to the construction of the intelligent light environment control system.
