In the process of national economic development, the traditional reinforced bending hoop machine plays an important role. However, the degree of automation is not high and low machining accuracy, production of steel products are increasingly can not meet the higher demand. As the core part of the bending hoop machine control system, it directly reflects the level and height of the automation, especially the control system based on the embedded microprocessor, which is the trend of the future development. In this paper, based on the μC/OS-II real-time operating system and STM32 embedded processor, the bending hoop machine control platform. In the process of realizing the function of the platform, this paper mainly completed the following aspects of work:Firstly, according to the requirement of the bending hoop machine platform, the hardware structure is given. Mainly including CAN bus communication module, TFTLCD part and FSMC interface module, and the SDIO storage module. Together constitute a common module and device control system.Secondly, a study μC/OS-II operating system architecture, and completed the transplant and modify the operating system, and then describes the μC/OS-II system running processes, and switch between multiple tasks. Using μC/GUI embedded graphics system as the interactive interface hoop bending machine operating platform, analyzes the μC/GUI how the system equipped with μC/OS-II, implementation and μC/OS-II docking, and completes GUI interface design jobs.Using CAN bus communication protocol to achieve real-time data, fast transmission. Finally, this paper expounds the springback phenomenon, by bending the key factors Rebound Theory springback and impact analysis of literature found that application of ordinary least squares in the springback compensation. However, it ignores the error of variable itself. Eventually it uses method of Total Least Squares, in-depth analysis of the essential difference between the two methods in the rebound, and using Total Least Squares method to do the whole rebound phenomena did simulation experiments, verified the rationality and feasibility of the method.
