With the rapid development of the global Internet communications technology, more and more Internet applications and services that affect our work and life, effective authentication of the user’s digital identity legitimacy, authenticity, becomes one of the problems must be solved. Biometric identification technology gradually to replace the password or smart card authentication, it was universal, stability, convenience and with inherent uniqueness, difficult to replicate to be the first choice for the Internet.This paper is based on the requirements of network identity authentication platform system, study the development status of the network identity authentication technology and biometric identification technology, analyzing the current network authentication applications common problem, design a safe, efficient, and scalable unified authentication platform framework and standards certification service interface, implemented the network identity authentication the system platform with fingerprint recognition technology as the core finally. The system platform includes a biometric matching engine subsystem, supporting service subsystem and management subsystem. The matching engine subsystem, through biological recognition algorithm, memory handling technology, optimizing the improvement in the data cache, parallel operation, constantly optimize the user biometric information with the dynamic optimization algorithm, improving the availability, usability of the system. The method of Multi-mode information fusion for characteristic level and decision-making level is adopted. Distributed computing infrastructure supports the internet rapidly and accurately application requirements. The support service system provides network services, data security and complete comparison engine load scheduling. Operation management subsystem includes the function of users, devices, applications, logs, parameter setting management. The system is associated with the security encryption system of PKI, to meet the needs of internet security applications.With strident function and performance test operated, the system is reliable for Internet identity authentication.
