Along with the rapid development of intelligent vehicle, the digital video image processing technology is increasingly popular in the application of road traffic safety. Video image processed system was important in the process of car on the road safety auxiliary equipment, which included video capture and image processing systems. Video image processing system display device directly to the surrounding traffic information to inform the driver the car, which made drivers more flexible to adjust vehicle traffic condition, and reduce unnecessary unexpected accidents, improve safety of road traffic road driving.For the continuous improvement of the digital video image information processing technology, people has stable performance, real-time performance for obtaining high quality demand of the image are also increasingly significant, especially for multichannel intelligent vehicle video image processing technology needs more and more prominent. With the emergence of unmanned vehicle series intelligent electric vehicles, video and image become intelligent electric eyes, in the process of vehicle driving, installed on the vehicle camera collection and traffic information, and send it to the main processor to data from the kernel of information processing, through the processing of data and information for the corresponded logical judgment, which was used to change the motor running state, in order to control the route of intelligent electric, electric intelligent control, video image processing has a good application prospect in the field of intelligent electric cars, especially the application in car 360- degree display system.This article mainly Ti Da Vinci series chip TMS320DM6437 processor, multi-channel video image processing hardware system is developed, included the function of video image processing module circuit schematic design and the corresponding hardware circuit boards PCB production. First of all, according to the performance requirements of video acquisition system, designed the four-way video acquisition system hardware, the system with a high speed video decoder chip, simulation of four road cameras capture video image information to the corresponding modulus conversion, and then through the main processor TMS320DM6437 real-time digital information processing after completion of conversion, output through the I2 C bus transmission way. On this basis, the development of the eight layer PCB, which used high frequency signal simulation tool for PCB signal integrity are analyzed. Finally, with the software and hardware test, it proves that the system can achieve better video signal in processing, digital signal transmission, data storage function, meet the demand of system performance, and can be used in car 360- degree display system, provides the unmanned vehicle to realize intelligent control better application platform.
