The Design And Research Of Quantitative Loading Control System

This paper discusses the quantitative loading systems, the advanced PLC control system is implemented for automatic loading control based on the original operation of loading system. The advanced loading control system is designed, it can implement the function of flow measurement of train platforms, batch control, information alarm, card management, sheet printing etc, release and other functions.The technical features and function of the Siemens PLC system are also describes in this paper. The software and hardware of Siemens PLC is designed in specific description. The mass flowmeter and environmental quality of the work principle are also mentionged, by using the PLC and mass flowmeter analyze loading system running accuracy.Finally, the open OPC technology is introduced, the open automatic loading control system is designed, which can moniter and manage remotely by communications with upper computer loading data system.
