Up to now, during the development of automatic subject, a large number of control methods have emerged. While providing control law with an efficient measure,the kinds of control methods also bring great challenge to designers. In the wake of the quick development of computer science,it has been an indispensable technical approach to use simulation tools for computer-aided design in complex system research.Currently,there is very little work systematically summarizing characteristics of control algorithms and control problems. And another problem is that control algorithms in simulation modeling are too complex, and it is not suitable to build a complex system model quickly. In view of them,by Summarizing all kinds of control algorithm and establishing the mapping from features of control problem to control methods,an integration system of control method is put forward based on the feature mapping of control system. It is the very important theoretical significance and practical value to design and implement a Graphical Tool of Control System Design and Simulation.This dissertation is derived from “Design of software framework and simulation tool development” which is subproject of specific research projects of National innovation “the Research on advanced control method and tool”. The idea of TRIZ was applied to the field of automation. Combined with the summary to control problems and control method, this paper realized modular design of controlled member and control method, and visual design of the modelling course in system simulation. A graphical simulation tool was designed and developed. The main contributions of the dissertation are shown as follow:1. Based on integration system of control method, some key technology problems are solved.According to the functional requirement of simulation tool of control system, via analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of some existing simulation tools,and the general standards of design and requirements are put forward based on the idea of hierarchy design.2. Based on integration system of control method,the framework of the simulation tool is proposed. And the scheme management module,the module library management module,the modelling process management module,The simulation results management module, computer assisted tools for simulation are designed respectively. A graphical tool with hybrid programming of C# and MATLAB is developed to move on to the simulation and design of control system.3. The simulation tool is verified and tested.Finally, through simulations experiments, confirmed this design is rational and feasible. The result shows the efficiency of the graphical simulation tool.
