With the developing of information technology into the cloud era, there are many risks hiding in education informatization in China: the education information systems used in educational institutions, say, universities and educational companies, are usually small-scale, independent and heterogeneous, which are difficult to cope with the high concurrent access by a large number of users and the data volume blowout type growth. What is more serious is, various information resources which are relatively scattered result in information islands, going against the distribution and sharing of educational resources. In addition, the environment differences and extension difficulty increase burden of operation and maintenance as well.Aiming at the educational area,using the cloud services engineering theory and SOA design mode, in the research a cloud large-scale, flexible configurated and expanded wisdom education platform is designed and implemented. The platform is characterized by high efficiency and stability, mass data sharing and collaboration from multi-aspect, say, learners, educators, educational administrators, and service resources. Wisdom education cloud platform is deployed in server clusters environment with high availability and load balance, seeing the large-scale computing and storage clusters in Hadoop management as the data storage center. Basing on the uniformly packaged service middle wares say business stratification, data formats, and interface specifications, it constructs common features of basic education services, such as education storage service, remoting classroom service, educational administration service,and education portal service etc.. Which extends a variety of basic education services, say, educational resources, education and teaching, educational management, and educational evaluation. Meanwhile all these services are accessed and managed along by education cloud service center. The platform combines both requirements analysis model and design scheme, is developed and realized by Java Spring MVC framework, and has been deployed and tested in laboratory, proving its research value and practical significance from both theory and practice.Wisdom education cloud platform provides a reference for education informatization in the cloud era. Basing on the methods of analysis and design in this study, and using the current cloud development technology, it can build the wisdom education digital environment of multi-party collaboration and resource sharing, arrange various educational cloud application flexibly, realize the centralized management of massive cloud education resources, result in ability of multi-user to access the required education cloud services transparently, and solve practical problems such as the uneven allocation of educational resources and practical sharing difficulties.
