In this study, architectural design method and theory of SOA are used to analyze,design and implement a cloud computing service platform in the field of education forwisdom. Its target is to release educational resources in the form of public utilities,providing learners of all fields and classes with educational services. It is of largequantity of storage, with the characteristics of dynamic, autonomous, synergisticinterdependence and self-evolutionary. The main work of this paper is summarized asfollows:First, studying the existing education system to sum up and analyze the structuralmodels of education cloud services and organization forms of educational resources,on the basis of which to optimize and improve it, and put forward a kind of modelframework for service calculation theory of educational cloud service.Secondly, based on the analysis of model framework for service calculationtheory of educational cloud service, the data storage system has been designed. Itmeets the structure of SOA system, and has high scalability and flexible configuration.Meanwhile, it can be based on the multi-tenancy management and can providecustomized service and dynamic extension according to users’ needs. The systemconsists of intelligent e-schoolbag client-side, which provides all kinds of educationaland teaching services; server-side includes production plant for educational serviceresources, mass storage platform for educational materials, and development platformfor teaching service, etc. Through using e-schoolbag client-side, users have the accessto huge amounts of and high quality of educational resources on the server-side.Finally, according to the conclusion and analysis results of the first two steps, theauthor use Windows communication foundation (WCF) provided by Microsoft toconduct service-oriented modeling analysis in accordance with the SOA architecturesystem, describing the realization of system’s main modules and key links, andproving the application value and significance of the system from the view of functionimplementation.
