Optimization And Designing Of Control System Of Digital Pharmacy And Drug Robot

With the development of China economy, the national medical service level is also improved,which provides powerful guarantee to the health of the people. With the rapid development of medical technology, the types of medicine will be richer, however, this forward new requirements how to store drug reasonably to hospital or clinic. There are some problems such as the waste of space and the low efficiency of the traditional storage. For patients, it cost too much time to take medicine and reduce the satisfaction of medical service.In order to solve the above problems, we study on the digital pharmacy.The aim of this subject is to devise a control system of digital pharmacy, which includes the design of manipulator’s structure, hardware circuit of control system,software programming and so on. We need the control system of the digital pharmacy to be safe, reliable, easy and simple to be handled. In view of the above situation, the touch screen industrial computer is used as the core of the hardware control of the upper computer and the OMRON PLC is the core of the electronic control system. The two controllers can store independently. And operate programs is stably,simple,practical and it has high cost performance.We connected these controllers with touch screen, servo driver, PLC, servo motor, AC motor, electromagnets and so on, which drives the actuator of digital pharmacy to move. Then we build the control system.The hardware design and software design of the upper computer and the lower computer control system are introduced in detail in this paper, and the structure of the manipulator is design innovatively. The mechanical and electrical control system is analyzed and the program is written according to the corresponding control principle and action, which makes control system could meet the requirements such as safety,reliability, intelligent and so on.
