With the development of nanotechnologies, nanometer materials have been widely studied and applied. A series of facilities about the newly nanometer materials come into being, mechanically alloying method is one of the main methods of the preparation of nanometer materials. It is that, add two or more materials to the simoloyer mill, then make the materials’ interface react under certain conditions, finally gain the materials. As the simoloyer mill has great advantages of the kinetic and intrinsic energy, the safety turns to the first factor of the mechanically alloying preparation equipment. This paper designs an industrial-strength nanometer materials preparation equipment controller, which also satisfys the safety requirement, becomes more convenient, humanistic, and automated.The main content of this paper includes three parts such as the body of the controller design, circuit design and software design. First, this article is based on the CJM-SY-A type of machine tool structure and the thought of industrial programmable controller, expounds the design idea of the controller, and has carried on the coupling analysis to each module. And, this paper is based on ATmega8 microprocessor, designs a complete control system. Then, referring to the hardware side, it integrates PT100 temperature measurement circuit, temperature control alarm circuit, multiple relay module and so on, meanwhile it creates the EMI power filter design which enhances the high frequency disturbance rejection controller. In term of the software, by using the timer notes polling scheme, and increasing filtering algorithm for data acquisition, optimizing the data’s structure of the control program, and the liquid crystal display and control panel have been got a highly efficient and stable communication protocols, simple to operate and the interface is beautiful. Finally, this paper based on completing the printed circuit board, carries a systematic overall test on the controller, tests the reliability and rationality of the design.
