3D printing technology as a high-tech technology, the integrated application of CAD/CAM technology, laser technology, photochemical, and material science and so on many aspects of technology and knowledge. It has been widely used in industrial, medical,construction, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, and other industries, and Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM) technology is the most vitality of 3D printing technology, and the development of the fastest rapid prototyping method. It can quickly and accurately by three-dimensional CAD model the transformation of people’s design philosophy for 3D solid model to achieve the expected functional requirements, so as to achieve the purpose of quick evaluation and modification of design, greatly reduced the development cycle of the parts. For 3D printing manufactured products, the printing quality of the final products plays a crucial role is molding precision, but at present the forming precision of the 3D printer still can not meet the requirement of molding, so the current rapid prototyping a important research is to improve the forming precision of the workpiece.The article uses the STL format file, according to the data of 3D printing processing,computer software Visual C++ as a development tool, combined with professional graphics library OpenGL, STL model of 3D reconstruction method is analyzed, the STL models for visual processing. Treat support regions are classified by region type identification method, according to the characteristics of the entities have for the added support structure. Then, the feature extraction method based on STL model of regional support for boundary extraction in order to achieve the automatic generation of supporting structure.Based on STL model of the geometric continuous hierarchical processing method research based on grouping and sorting has to weighted recursive algorithm of triangular facets of grouping and sorting, so as to reduce the effect of intersection number of judgment, avoid and other algorithms in each of the search process are traversed the whole triangle the same shortcomings. Through building between patches of the adjacency graph to weighted by recursive search slice contour information acquisition, and give an algorithm which achieves the process and steps.In order to generate the continuous scanning trajectory, a new type of scanning and filling algorithm is proposed, which is based on the grid method to fill the Hilbert curve.The algorithm can in ensuring the premise of quality inspection of surface quality, not only reduced the unnecessary scanning stroke and head start and stop times, reduce the parts in the thermal residual stress, reduce parts of warping deformation, improves the accuracy ofparts.The 3D printer with independent design is used to verify the proposed method, the support and the hierarchical algorithm. The method is feasible and effective.
