In a lot of class teaching experiments about control, a lot of large production equipment in the industrial fields are difficult to move to the laboratory, and students are not access to factory lines, which causes that students cannot do comprehensive experiments. Virtual laboratory does the virtual simulat ion of these objects so as to realize virtual modeling of any industrial fields, and then it is under the configuration monitoring system, and finally forms the virtual comprehensive experiment about control. Besides, with the progress of network technology, especially the development of Internet technology, virtual laboratory are also entering the era of remote control. Remote virtual laboratory system mainly is a control system by using the computer automatic control technology, network communication technology, configuration technology, database technology and Web technology.In this thesis, a new method of remote virtual experiment software system based on the remote desktop Web way is proposed. This way is different from the general method of remote virtual experiment software system. The general method is to pack the experiment project and embed HTML pages through the ActiveX control and this method is convenient and quick, but it can’t realize the function of students’ independent exper imental project. Students can control the virtual machine remotely based on the remote desktop Web way, through the virtual machine to build the experimental project independently.In this thesis, the remote virtual experim ent software system based on Web is designed:(1) Remote virtual control experiment software system can communicate with Distributed Control System by virtual machine and remote terminal services based on web. Users can do experiments by means of remote Terminal anytime and anywhere only when they own a usual computer, network conditions as well as the IP address of the Virtual Machine.(2) Adopting B/S structure of three layers structure namely the client and server, and database, system can realize user management, information query, online learning, online testing, test report uploaded, message boards, and project management.(3) The front page of System software part adopts the design of web pages through front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and the backend database adopts ASP.NET and SQL language for data analysis and processing.(4) The establishment of the virtual experiment module project is done by the configuration software configuration of DCS hardware supporting, and the experiment project has many functions such as man-machine interface, algorithm processing, data save and alarm, and supports the hardware experiments and simulation experiments.The thesis implements the system designed in front by programming and tests it. The establishment of the remote virtual control laboratory makes students not constrained by the lim itation of the experimental equipment and the location so as to improve the students’ autonomous learning ability and practice ability indirectly.
