With the development of the network control system, field bus technology has been widely used. In order to show the foreword technology of industrial automation field to the students, to cultivate practice ability and innovation consciousness, to improve teaching quality, it is necessary to design an open and reliable teaching platform.Multi field bus network system and remote monitoring website has been designed combined with the existing equipment of the industrial automation laboratory. Multi field network system consists of Rockwell PLC network which consists of EtherNet, ControlNet and DeviceNet, CAN-bus network which based on iCAN protocol and RS-485 serial interface network which based on Modbus protocol. The remote monitoring platform consists of B/S mode web site.Firstly, the installation and commissioning of the multi fieldbus system has been accomplished. Then, many to one gateway mode is adoped to realize the integration of multi fieldbus system and the industrial EtherNet is selected as the public protocol conversion object. MFC is used to control the fieldbus devices, data acquisition module and control object. The remote web monitoring platform is designed with the technology of WAMP platform, MVC design pattern, BroPHP frame, AJAX and so on. The platform is devided into monitoring and management. Finally, the debugging of the software and hardware of the system has been completed. Multi filedbus network system can reach the seamless integration and control the fieldbus equipment effectively. The remote website can realize the real-time monitoring and on-line management of the filed bus equipment. The experimental results show that the teaching platform can meet the demand of the professional experimental courses.
