As the high development of solar industry of china and the entire world, people pay more attention to the technology of generating electricity by solar. As a kind of clean and renewable energy source, solar energy has its self-evident effect. There are crystal silicon solar cells and film solar cells now. Along with the "population bonus" of china fade away, the labor resources become tense day by day. So it is necessary to research and develop the auto equipment to instead the labor hood in the process of manufacturing. In this article the designed multi-crystal silicon texturing auto loading equipment is the first process of solar cells manufacturing and its research has a big actual significance.In this article, a whole design and precept of the mechanical system is promoted aiming at the work feature and requirement of the auto loading machine to the texturing machines in order to make sure that the equipment can move as requirement according to the design of the transform part and the type choosing. Secondary, the corresponding components are designed by resolving the equipment into modules. The design of device corresponding to four parts: the driving fixture part, wafer took part, transmission part, wafer into the main part of equipment. Then the human-computer interface program and equipment control program are controlled. In this article, the PLC, QD70 Location module of Q serious of Mitsubishi, servo motor system produced by Yamaha and stepper motor system produced by Oriental motor are chosen. It is convenience for operation by using the photo electricity sensor produced by KEYENCE as a test part and the touch screen produced by EASYVIEW company as the human-computer interface. The combine of trapezoid chart control system with relevant control hardware made by GX Developer and executing organization makes the equipment to meet the requirement of the design. The design of this system establishes the basis for further research of auto loading equipments and it also can be used for reference for other automation control system.
