The solar energy is one kind of clean sources of energy, primary energy, regenerative energy , has a lot of unique advantages. However, the problem that low utilization efficiency is always affecting and blocking the popularization of heliotechnics.The development of auto-solar tracker is a kind of important approach which can improve solar energy utilization ratio. The development of exact auto-solar tracker can improve the receiving efficiency of sunlight, then can improve solar energy utilization and broaden the field of solar energy utilization.There are mainly two ways to track the sun, photoelectricity track and sun angle track. After analyzing and comparing these two ways, we decide to adopt the mode to track the sun in which the photoelectricity track and sun angle track combine together.Be different with the popular mode that the two ways exchange mutually, in this mode, the two ways run simultaneously in one track action. The actual tracking angle is based on three factors, theoretic result, advance correctional quantity and adjustive quantity .This mode is able to improve the precision and reliability of system and reduce cost of fixing of device.This system is computer control system in which IPC is control core. Computer send pulse signal to the drivers of step motor through digital singal output channel. Then system control mechanism rotating with step motor. Photoelectric sensors is fixed on the mechanism, according to the intensity of sunlight, photoelectric examination circuit generate digital signal, and computer receives this signal through digital signal input channel, basing this signal, computer adjusts angle and direction of step motor and mechanism. Finally, system realize automatic track to the sun.Control programme is finished with VC, and has a friendly interface.Therefore,the control system introduced in this paper has many advantages,such as high precision and reliability, high practicability and so on.
