In the era of rapid development of economy, large power supply business volume with the electricity demand with expanded, the business hall service point distribution becomes intensive, intensive management of vehicles uniform can improve the efficiency of daily work. But the existing management scheduling slow, low level of intelligent control, management control and extensive significant problems of vehicle management in power supply company. In recent years, Web application development combined with computer technology, communication technology and network technology can provide intelligent, real-time, automatic and optimized management tools for information management. Vehicle management system is faced with the following problems: the system to adapt to the demand, the low degree of practicality, the decision support is not comprehensive, unable to carry out scientific cost management.In this paper, based on the problems faced in the development of intelligent vehicle management system, the design and implementation of vehicle management system based on J2 EE, the main research contents are as follows:a) Analysis of the current status of the vehicle management system in China and abroad, makes clear the necessity of vehicle management system design and implementation, and the C/S and B/S architecture model of vehicle management system advantages and disadvantages based on analysis and comparison, determine the vehicle management system development pattern. This paper introduces the J2 EE architecture and development environment, development technology, as well as the means of development, the characteristics of the MVC three-layer model design.b) Vehicle management system needs analysis, determine overall service requirements and program, analyzed the feasibility of the vehicle management requirements of the vehicle management system, massive vehicle management requirement of data management, real-time network transmission security demand and multi view display.c) Multi-layer interaction intelligent vehicle management system, vehicle management system architecture design, to achieve the basic functions of the vehicle management system, to build a secure real-time DMZ one-way network access control and distributed access network topology, reduce the delay of data transmission and storage, through reconstruction of relation database design, effective management of heterogeneous data.d) Vehicle management system based on J2 EE and MVC, combined with J2EE+MVC two kinds of architecture, complete automatic information search and fuzzy information display module, the dynamic identification of business application function module, tiered cost management function module, multi access inquiry statistics function module and accurate information maintenance module function realization. Finally, through the vehicle management system balanced deployment and performance testing, verify that the system architecture design to achieve the best results. Determine the vehicle management system can be used in the daily vehicle management activities of enterprises. The vehicle management mode of network information has a very important role in promoting the vehicle management to the fine road.
