In recent years,Ultrasonic oxygen sensor has been widely used.compared with other detectors, it can not only detect the oxygen flow rate and but also detect oxygen concentration.It has the characteristics of slow aging, small drift, no need of frequent calibration. Due to the dispersion of components, in order to ensure the accuracy of ultrasonic oxygen sensor,it is necessary to correct and calibrate the parameters of each sensor product in the production process,. for the mass production process, you need to have an automatic calibration system for this task. Therefore, the research and development of the oxygen sensor calibration system in ultrasonic oxygen sensor production has the practical application value, and also has the reference value in the related field.The Ultrasonic oxygen sensor calibration and management system uses the design principles of low cost, standardized, easy to extend. This system uses the modular design,including : Multiplex communication converter,environment variable control and acquisition system, host computer calibration management system, database query and statistics system.The host computer manage and control each module, to realize automatic batch calibration.Multiplexer communication receive commands from the host computer, switching communication lines, to achieve ultrasonic oxygen sensor mass calibration; environment variable control system can control the timing of the temperature, concentration, flow rate and pressure environment variables, so as to meet the calibration requirements. The host calibration management system is the core of the whole calibration system by Visual Basic.through the control and code, the system function is easy to extend. Which can control and collect of environmental variables.the calibration data can be collected, displayed and stored. Finally, the calibration results are reported. Database query statistics system can be achieved on the historical data query and statistics, through the query to facilitate retrospective historical data,through statistics can be found in the hidden trouble spots, easy to maintain.This system involves a large number of data collection and storage. digital filter can prevent the gross error caused by the noise; fault tolerant mechanism is adopted in the network communication, which can ensure the system to run smoothly; the method of storing data and setting process the state table is used in the Visual Basic data storage, to prevent the systemerror caused by re calibration of adverse consequences. By controlling the sequence table and the process state table, the system can manage and control the system according to the process order. Through the unified data storage format, the system can carry on the coefficient of fitting,inquiry and statistics.Finally, through the actual system debugging and verification, have reached the design goals, and put into practice, used in production needs, to achieve the desired purpose.
