With enterprise face more and more test,such as information explosionã€delivery time shortenã€innovative design and different demand of customers and so on,many enterprises did not standardizationã€normalization and development model library of product for a large of basic data in product development process,and lack of effective method of similarity measure,so that Lead to many existing design can not be used efficiently. How to similarity measure for the existing model, improve the reuse of the models, it has always been a difficult problem in enterprises. In this paper, aiming at the above problems,a spare parts coding method is discussed, and using the the weighted network model analysis constraints of the relationship between models, and on the basis of the similarity analysis. The specific research contents as follows:(1).For the convenience management of parts and improve the efficiency of configuration, the coding structure, principle and significance of the model are expounded, the structure feature,function feature and engineering feature of the CAD model of product are analyzed, product parts coding method was discussed, and using classification coding methods classification code plus identification code of the seven decimal, padding zero for less than seven, with reducer as an example, take coding for the reducer part model.(2) Coding for parts assembly type, the key of establishes the network model of components is express the assemble type of betweens parts and parts, so establishment a properã€unified coding to express their multiple assembly relationships and multiple assembly type.(3) Applying complex network theory to build the network model of parts; Mechanical products CAD models could be abstracted as a complex network, using network model to analyze and calculate the structural similarity between components model. By node represent model, module, using the edges to represent the assembly relation of model and modules,and use network form expressed the relationship between the product model, constructs a network model of products, while the weight of edges reprenset the assembly relation between parts model, thus build the weighted undirected network model.(4) To algorithm analysis for the build the weighted undirected network model, finally this paper proposes a similarity measure method based on the assembly relationship. The method firstly establishes a similarity matrix based assembly relation, based on the similarity matrix, find out the biggest assembly relation similarity nodes, and search its neighbor node, the assembly relation is calculated and and matching fot its neighbor nodes, thus finish nodes similarity measure.On the basis of the completed module similarity calculation and judgment. repeatability.The algorithm has lower computational complexity, and take reducer as an example, while verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
