Nowadays, all kinds of emergencies, large gatherings are more and more. Single tube telescopic communication tower, is in order to meet the needs of the situation of these emergency events. Based on cooperation with Hebei Ansuda co., LTD. of single tube telescopic communication tower, according to our country’s ‘towering structure design specification’ and other relevant documents analysis of communication tower structure design, with the design of communication tower structure, and through Matlab simulation wind load, using the finite element software ANSYS, the wind vibration response analysis of communication tower tower body, this paper learned tower body under wind load migration, and then design the structure optimization.First, this paper combined with the technical requirements of the single tube telescopic communication tower, and according to the tower, steel structure design, structure design and mechanical design knowledge, the overall structure of the communication tower tower body design was carried out, mainly including tower body structure, vertical system, transmission system of the communication tower.Then, this paper expound the composition of natural wind, and explained the law of average wind along the communication tower of different height, and the resulting effects on the tower body, the average wind load. The main characteristic of fluctuating wind and the wind speed spectrum and power density function is studied, and put forward the theory of the single tube telescopic communication tower wind response analysis method.This paper mainly studied the pulsating wind load simulation method and implementation process, using Matlab to compile wind speed simulation program. Wind load time history is obtained, and compared with Davenport spectrum simulation the feasibility of wind speed, and then single tube telescopic communication tower is obtained by further calculation simulation of fluctuating wind load time history. Finally, this paper obtained by software simulation of fluctuating wind velocity, combined with ANSYS finite element analysis software to dynamic time history analysis of communication tower, then got the conclusion of the tower body under wind load migration.
