Development planning of Guangzhou Nansha New Distinct was approved in 2012, the planning make experimental area of social management service innovation as one of the five major functions of Guangzhou Nansha New Distinct. Integrating public service of community and griding management, in order to accelerate the innovation development of social management system and service system in the region, and finding and dealing community event in time, to realize the improvement of government service efficiency and social service management level, for providing strong support and guarantee for Nansha New Distinct to be experimental area of social management service innovation.Based on the people, places, things, organization information and community management mesh information, relying on a unified collaborative supporting platform, this paper designed an griding intelligence community service management platform which oriented to District, Towns, community, grid and related departments. System defined business processes of community events using workflow technology, to ensure the smooth implementation of specific business processes, and to support community services and processes flexible definition and updating, and to ensure timeliness and consistency of business systems. Statistical analysis community events periodic is conducive to the leadership to grasp the problems in community management, to provide factual basis for leadership decision-making, to ensure than on-demand with limited resources. According to the leadership requirements and the actual situation, developing flexible evaluation rules to evaluate the work of various departments which based on the fact effective data information, to ensure the fairness of the evaluation. Through a multi-faceted evaluation, not only the work of government staff can be supervised but also the quality of government services and government’s public image can be improved.In the process of design and development, this paper used the method of domain-driven design to do the domain modeling of the business needs, to abstract system business processing logic, making the system logic clearer and more levels. Using component technology refined the time estimating and process arrangement of system construction and simplified the overall complexity of the system ensuring the smooth integration and system overall building. In order to connect to external systems and third-part systems effectively, the system provides a set of RESTful API which meeting the needs of data exchange between systems. Carrying the token authentication mechanism can ensure the safe and reliable transmission of data interaction.
