Design And Implementation Based On J2EE Of Real Estate Financial Documents Management System

The financial certification management of the Beijing Jingkai real estate de velopment company was still using the method of the traditional manual recor d mode. When the financial staff received the financial certification, the staff w ould record the certification firstly, then the staff would check the certification with the relevant department principals and update the certification record infor mation, and the accountant would record them finally. This operation mode wa s low-efficient, high-subjective and easy making mistakes. So the financial certif ication management method must be changed to improve the work efficiency.Firstly, the J2 EE technology platform was analyzed, the Struts and Spring framework were presented in this paper. Then the requirement about the real es tate financial certification system was analyzed. The business and user cases of the four modules including system management, certification preparing manage ment, certification processing management and certification document inquiring management were analyzed, and the nonfunctional requirements of the system were presented. The overall framework and technology architecture of the real e state financial certification system were designed based on the system design p rinciple. And the system management, certification preparing management, certif ication processing management and certification document inquiring management were designed detailed, the core category method was presented and the datab ase was designed. Finally, the data persistent layer, business logic layer and pre sentation layer were designed on the J2 EE platform according to the SSH arch itecture.The common functions and access control of the system were researche d, and the implementation method and operation code of the function of the sy stem management, certification preparing management, certification processing management and certification document inquiring management were presented. Finally, the business functions, compatibility, security and performance of the s ystem were tested, and the testing results showed that this system designed in this paper could meet the function requirements and performance requirements.The implementation about the financial system certification management bu siness would support a lot for the Jingkai real estate company to avoid the hu man error as far as possible, such as the check of the financial certification, th e statics, calculation and analysis of the certification data, the strict data testing about the data input by the users. And it can reduce the subjectivity and guar antee the objective authenticity of the financial certification. The financial condi tion of the real estate company can be analyzed scientifically, and all kinds of statements analysis results are presented. Therefore, the certification management work of the real estate company can be completed sooner and better.
