The use of4G covering the whole world gradually, with the remaining products, peopleevery day in the property management. In today’s society, the exchange of goods in manytypes of money, such as: funds, stocks, etc.. There are also many forms of economic activityin human society, such as: the investment in real estate, investment in insurance, etc.. In theface of a variety of economic behavior, people for their own property management also needto spend more effort, so this is how people can quickly, and simple to own propertymanagement research and analysis.After the research and analysis of finance software which is applied widely in society,the project “the design and implementation of APP finance system” comes out. UnderAndroid system, it is provided a method, the personal property system on client program, tomake sure the safety of the property, which depends on the convenience use, the clearfunctions and the assets category management of the software. The personal property systemon client program contains eight functions, including the handling of personal information,personal income query, daily income query, daily outcome query, calculation personalproperty, category maintenance, calculating the interest, and personal expenses query. Themethods of designing this system are analyzing the customs of users, analyzing the demandsof users and substantiating the user’s requirement. Simultaneously, this system will usehandler to deal with the switching interface problem and solve the data problem by usingMVC.Through the analysis on the management of assets in the Android system software, thispaper puts forward to the way to improve this method. This paper will discuss throughfollowing aspects: first, it analyzes the application of different countries in the Androidsystem of financial software and puts forward some improving methods for the system’shortcomings. Second, the paper uses some cases to analyze in the design concept onclassification of maintenance, and summarizes the practical application examples. Whenmodeling, using the UML diagram to prove the design of the function of each module anddisplay each module implementation process map. The system designs not only datastructure, but also data table structure. In the process, it puts forward a variety of embeddedSQLite data processing method, and put them in the DB Util class. In order to solve the switching interface problem of users, the system uses Handler mechanism and the idea ofMVR. On the advertisement picture implantation, it uses GG View to control. Accordingto the logic of the jump, the system designs the logical control method which can control eachmodule, and put them into the Lc_Activity. The system uses Java language to edit code, sothat the system has a perfect visual effect. Nevertheless, the test on each function has beencompleted.The paper discusses the system how to manage personal and property safety throughcontrolling logical controlling core, controlling surface interaction. In the control logic layer,it will elaborate logic jump of each module and the system is how to achieve this jump. In theinteractive mode; the system will elaborate how to make better use of different types ofcontrols, the user interaction, interface space and layout.The main idea of the system mainly is to protect personal property. It can divide users’property into two categories: maintenance costs and income maintenance. Through thissystem, users can record personal daily income and expenditure. At the same time, users canalso search, add up and delete your storage record. The system uses the Handler mechanismto solve the problem that users often switch interface. At the same time, in the designprocess of the page, the system makes full use of the blank pages, with exquisite advertising,which can improve the appreciation of the interface.
