The 3D character animation is the most one of the challenging topics with animation techniques, mainly related to the modeling, motion control and texture rendering of three processes, the most difficult to motion control technology. The first is the human body movement in great degree of freedom. Any action second is the human body are caused by many factors of cooperative operation. The third is the individual character animation has its own personality, how to reflect the role of personality is the key. Fourth because human walking is the most common movement, so the role of exercise in any subtle coordination will be very easy to be aware of. Which greatly improves the accuracy of character animation production efficiency and the actions of characters. Let the character animation is more fluent, natural, true. In recent years, according to the needs of domestic and foreign animation industry, animation workers to research in this area is more outstanding.In this paper, through the Maya software in MEL language programmers to create animation, which greatly improves the work efficiency of character animation, this research has been the topic of domestic and foreign animation workers. In this paper, the main research characters walking, running and jumping posture of the three movements in mobile different, which uses MEL language to solve the difficulty of manual control of animation.Aiming at 3D computer animation to walk, MEL language control character animation running and jumping of the three movement technique is analyzed, then respectively before and without the use of MEL language for the action of comparison, testing out the contrast parameter to reflect the use of MEL language to animation to bring convenience and new method.At the same time, the use of MEL language to add different animation on skeletal controller similar frame control. In order to achieve a large number of character animation in different way of walking, and human motion control is discussed, effectively improve the naturalness and authenticity of human motion.
