Design Of Autoburglar Alarm Positioning System

As the development of auto industry and the improvement of people’s life quality, the amount of private cars is becoming larger and larger. While making trips more convenient, cars are sometimes stole that causes big economic loss for their owners. Thus, anti-theft performance is quite important and from the original mechanical burglar alarm system to kinds of electronic systems, the technology keeps developing both in China and abroad. In China, there are no burglar alarm systems in many economical cars. So, some car owners would like to install normal electronic burglar alarms by themselves.Most normal electronic burglar alarms in economical cars have drawbacks like singleness of function, low reliability and a lack of tracking and monitoring function. This paper studies a kind of auto burglar alarm system based on GSM communication platform and GPS satellite positioning, which can be used with normal electronic burglar alarm and greatly improves the performance.According to the reading and analysis to related technology of auto burglar alarm system in China, the further research and design have been made. The system combines traditional burglar alarm technology and technologies of GSM, GPS. At the same time, it adopts embedded system design and wireless communication protocol on the basis of GSM short message. The car owners could be allowed to monitor situation of cars by using short message and send controlling orders, which make full range of auto burglar alarm monitoring come true.This paper gave a detailed description of the basic principle of the auto burglar alarm system, and provided the system’s design proposal, functions of each module, design and software programming of hardware circuit. In the end, a performance test has been made to the system, and it can work well and accurately give alarm information. In addition, by binding a cellphone, the position information of a car can be obtained, and design requirements have basically been achieved.Compared to other network type auto burglar alarm systems on the market, this system allows normal electronic auto burglar alarm installed in cars being modified to networked one. Thus, expense would be greatly decreased and the product cost performance would also be improved.
