The Research Of Capturing Technology In Electronic Record Management System

Information technology applied fully in social fields. Electronic document is important record of company production and operation management activities in the information age, and also is the core of the information resources. The process of electronic document to replace paper document is accelerating. With the large produce of the electric documents, it’s necessary to build a scientific and reasonable and severe electric records management system(ERMS), so that the company can manage the electric documents standardized and normalized, and structure the electric documents management service platform that cross all operation system by horizontal penetration and longituinal cover every management layer. If so, the information resource can be managed centralized and developed high efficiently, so that the level of company’s management will be promoted.This project researches capturing registration technology based on construction work of ERMS in progress and the unstructured data management platform in use. Information capturing registration service is the foundation of ERMS, capturing electric documents of business systems on different technology platforms, registering files in ERMS and finally allocating unique tags to these files.Based on integration analysis of information system under heterogeneous environment and ERMS, combined with construction of document management system as a whole, business requirements and functional requirements of capturing registration is analyzed. Using J2 EE architecture and JSON data exchange technology capturing registration service process is designed. By encapsulate data the electronic documents capture and metadata capture is realized. Electronic document is classified through registration service. As for structured data, the manager system stores the structured data to Oracle database, while the non-structured data must transform to data stream, and use non-structured platform Web Service interface service to store. Capturing registration technology provide technical support for the overall system construction.
