The system according to thesystem requirements analysis stage non-functional requirements, high reliability,high security, and scalability, and easy scalability, reusability advantages.This article in accordance with the waterfall model of software engineering,the whole process of the system development cycle in detail; brief description oftopics related to the research background and research status; overview of thetheory and technology used in the development and design process; throughin-depth research to determine the feasibility of the system development, andestablish a system functional requirements and non-functional requirements;completed the design of the system architecture, system design, functionmodules design and database design, outlines "blueprint" of the system design;through UML use case diagram, function block diagram, business processdiagrams, key code and system interface diagram discussed the implementationprocess of the system functional modules, at the same time focus on therealization of system security, user security and data security; Finally, the system in detail tested by a system to achieve the requirements of the requirementsanalysis phase to achieve the desired goal, has a strong practical value.
