With the development of satellite communication technology in the field of emergency communications, portable satellite communication earth station began to enter people’s sight, and gradually become one of the most important emergency communications equipments. However, the problem which is more and more non-professional personnel operate portable satellite communication earth station is becoming, so the operation is simple and easy to carry. However, because of the existing portable satellite communication earth station control system is the use of single-chip microcomputer to achieve, so that the CPU resource is limited and the integration level is low, what’s more, the function expansion system upgrade are more troublesome.This paper is based on the current portable station, and design a knapsack portable earth station control system based on ARM. The hardware integration of satellite communication system is to improve the system integration level. The software through embedded operating system will be used to change single chip microcomputer system of C/S structure to B/S mode, and can be remote monitoring which is suitable for non-professional operation. Using split type of mechanical structure design, make its overall weight only 27 Kg; In the case of the tilt angle reaches 15, it also can complete the work quickly and efficiently with optimized algorithm, and it greatly improve the efficiency of disaster relief.In this paper, the design of the super satellite communication earth station can be divided into the transceiver system, servo control system and monitoring system. The receive/transmit system is mainly to receive and transmit satellite signals. The servo control system is to get the user specified parameters, and then control the satellite antenna to track the target. The monitoring system monitoring equipment status, and the status of the equipment state real-time display in the monitoring interface.
