The harmful characteristics of heart disease include suddenness,hiddenness and lethality, which make it become the first killer of humanbeing. With the increasing attention on health and medical care, thehouse-held smart electrocardiogram detection system which can correctlymonitor the heart health state starts to play a more and more important rolein heart disease detection and life-saving.The paper designed a whole set of smart electrocardiogram detectionsystem which can offer long time electrocardiogram monitoring and smartelectrocardiogram analysis to reduce the heart attack risk and death rate.The major work of this paper includes:1)The portable electrocardiogram acquisition device is designed,which is in charge of collecting electrocardiogram signals from humanbody and transfering these signals to smart electrocardiogram analysissoftware platform after finishing some signal processing procedure. Theelectrocardiogram signal acquisition device is designed based onMSP430F149which contains amplifier module, filter module, A/Dmodule.2)A set of electrocardiogram analysis algorithm is proposed whichcan denoise ECG, extract the feature parameters of electrocardiogramsignal such as QRS wave group, P wave, T wave and make diagnosis.Firstly, design and optimize a biorthogonal wavelet transform based QRSwave group detection algorithm. Then, an Energy Threshold Based ECG Pwave and T wave Classification and Detection Method is designed. In theend, a diagnostic rule base is established.3)Smart electrocardiogram anlysis software platform is developed which contains local platform and remote platform. The local platform is aclient smart electrocardiogram analysis software platform developed usingC#based on Visual Studio2012development environment. The remoteplatform is a remote database developed based on Microsoft SQL Server2008.
