Nowadays with the development of technology, the Internet has become from the 2.0 interaction based on PC and network technology to the 3.0 interaction based on the mobile Internet and mobile terminals.The mobile phone as the main representative of mobile terminal combined with the social and economic life and has brought profound changes to all aspects of social life.The concept of "Ethnic group" from the west is a way to distinguish a variety of groups, Now the way that humans gathered by the original ethnic group has changed from the Online community to The"Mobile phone"ethnicity, which is derived from the Online community by means of the mobile phone and the news media and so on.
