| Journal of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Colleges and Universities are an important part of academic journals and play an important role in academic exchanges and social development.Agriculture is an important part of the national economy,which is related to all aspects of the national economy and people's livelihood.Agricultural research and issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers is the focus of the Journal of Agricultural University.As a journal of Agricultural University,Journal of Huazhong Agricultural University(Social Sciences Edition)(here in after referred to as Journal)starts from the reality of school discipline construction,closely follows the No.1 document of the Central Committee,pays attention to the hot issues of agriculture,countryside and social reality,flexibly sets columns,pays attention to thematic planning and cooperation with high-level institutions,improves the quality of articles and the influence of periodicals,and embarks on a characteristic development.Based on bibliometrics,content analysis and interview,this paper analyses the development of Journal from 2008 to 2017 under the background of University Journal reform..Firstly,the column setting of Journal of China in the past ten years is analyzed in detail,which reflects the diachronic changes and evolution characteristics of column construction.Secondly,analyse the paper and citation data,using scientific evaluation indicators to evaluate the development status of journals;Thirdly,using CiteSpace V,a visualization software,to analyse the bibliometrics of the journal,show the characteristics of the papers published in the journal.Fourthly,based on the reality of digital transformation,to show the achievements of digital adaptation of Journal.Finally,based on the analysis of the ten-year development practice of the Journal,the author summarizes the characteristics of the research object and puts forward suggestions for future development.The research finds that:(1)After ten years of practice,the column construction of Journal has formed a stable pattern.Agricultural economy,rural society,land issues,economy and management become the permanent columns,start thematic columns from time to time,adding special columns according to needs.(2)Journal adhere to the concept of open publishing,strengthen the quality control of articles,take the development route of high-quality articles,and realize the transformation from quantity growth to quality improvement The amount of papers published in the Journal is decreasing,but the ratio of fund papers,downloads,cited papers and impact factor all show an upward trend.(3)In the knowledge map analysis,it is found that the high-frequency authors of the Journal are mainly in-school authors,and the cooperation network density of the authors is low;the source institutions are mainly in-school colleges or research teams,and the cooperation density of the institutions is low;the visual analysis of key words shows that the Journal can select topics according to the advantages of the school,the No.1 document of the Central Committee and the hot topics of society,and keep up with the hot spots in the development of agriculture,countryside and farmers.However,the overall clustering effect of keywords and the inheritance effect of research are not good.(4)Through the analysis of Weixin Public Number and Weibo of Journal,we find that Weixin Public Number has a short time to establish and its characteristics are not prominent;Weibo has not been opened yet,and the overall situation of the construction of social science micro-blog of university journals is worrying. |
