High precision and real-time parameter measurement of the two-phase/multiphase is thekey research in engineering and scientific fields. In the two-phase/multiphase parametermeasurement technology field, we can measure the internal parameter by using the electricalresistance tomography (ERT).The topics of this dissertation are the mathematical model of ERT, sensor simulation, image reconstruction algorithms which based on the single drive electrode method. The mainworks are listed as follows:Firstly, the electric field model of ERT in the single drive electrode method isestablished by ANSYS simulation software. In this field, the distribution and value ofpartition nodes’ potential are afforded by setting parameters and mesh partition, which cannot be got in actual electric field. At the same time, it also provides valid data for theestablishment of the sensitivity matrix.Secondly, for the forward problem of ERT, Finite Element Method is used to analysis theelectric field. The programming of automatic mesh is completed. And on the basic of the fielddivision, the forward problem of ERT is solved. For the inverse problem of ERT, thesensitivity matrix can be established by using the ANSYS simulation result. Then thesimulation and actual data are used to validate the correctness of the matrix.Thirdly, in the process of the image reconstruction, we do it on the two aspects: analysisimage reconstruction algorithm and iterative image reconstruction algorithm. In regard toanalysis image reconstruction algorithm, Linear Back Projection (LBP) algorithm is revisedto complete the real-time imaging. For the iterative image reconstruction algorithm, ART andSART are discussed. Then the simulation and actual data are used to compare thesealgorithms. The experimental of LBP、ART、SART algorithm show that LBP algorithm can achieve the requirement of industrial real-time measurement when there are less objects in thefield, and due to the disturbance of soft field, ART、SART algorithm have higher accuracythan LBP algorithm when there are more objects in the field. SART algorithm is better thanART algorithm when it have more iteration. Finally, an ERT application software system is developed with C++Builder softwaredevelopment system. The software system can accomplish automatic mesh, collect the data, calculated LBP data, afford sensitivity matrix and reconstruction the image.
