In recent years, our country made positive progress in the Internet technology, industry, application and cross-border integration, but there are also traditional industry problems such as lack of consciousness and ability of using the Internet, especially in the construction of ecological civilization, which needs to be improved. Ecological monitoring system combine the Internet of things, cloud computing, the Internet and big data technology together. The system researches and develops the online automatic monitoring of the ecological environment and service system. The system uses the Internet technology to transmit data in real time to ecological monitoring service platform. By the way, the integrated services platform provides the data collection, data analysis, data storage, video monitoring, alarm warning, data display and user access function, which can be widely used in hydrological monitoring of the water quality of ecological environment, soil, weather monitoring, environment monitoring, animal and plant monitoring. This system uses J2EE system structure, advanced technique combined with Spring, Springmvc, MongoDB, the front page display technology Datatables and Highcharts. The user interface part of this system uses the design idea of the browser/server architecture. The presentation layer uses HTML and JavaScript to implement. In order to create a more friendly interactive mode, the system is also used some AJAX technology in Web.In this paper, the main work is as follows: 1. Introduce the present situation and the significance of the ecological monitoringsystem. 2. Describe the technical background, including Spring, MongoDB and he front pagedisplay technology Datatables and Highcharts. 3. Analyze the requirements of the ecological monitoring system, describes the overallsystem architecture, database design, the function of each module and the detaileddesign. 4. Combined with the class diagram, service definition document and the specific code, describes the specific implementation of the ecological monitoring system.
