Financial management system is based on a wide range of information technology currently, the entire financial services are tend to electronic, various work processes and more standardized. This system is a combination of computer technology and the Internet, which has become the focus of the current banking system reform. The information system developed in this paper is carried out for this, which will help to optimize the financial operations of the current bank.The starting point for this review is based on the research process to the bank’s financial management practice workflow and job requirements, and summarize the development of an information management system which should have various functions, we established the goal of this study to analyze the characteristics of bank financial services, the financial management system should have the performance as described, and the overall design of the system is on this basis before mentioned, the overall architecture of the system using B/S structure, and its model-based system development network construction is based on the process of using J2 EE platform and SQL Server 2008 database, and use data mining algorithms to optimize data processing, neural network algorithm combining banking, corporate financial data to evaluate, for the system should have the function of focus analysis using UML legend and other construction corresponding model, a comprehensive presentation. The various business processes break down, the construction of different functional modules, to meet the various needs of the ta rget function of the system. According to the needs of business processes, the system covers the integration between seven sub-modules, and modules to achieve information transmission and processing functions between the different modules, build the databa se and physical models. For the operational requirements of the system to match the appropriate test environment for testing work, according to the results of the improvement and optimization of the system, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of the applica tion. In the joint action of each module, to achieve the overall performance of the system. In the process of testing, we use black box principle, to use an example of a method to verify the system to function of the system, stability and security to focus on test content.After rigorous testing environment, and ultimately show that the system can meet the design requirements, to achieve the established design goals, it has a strong practical, can be applied to the bank’s specific work. Users can use the In ternet to access the system, and the appropriate action based on the interface prompts the user to provide a convenient, but also enhance the level of work of the banks.
