Dragon Mining Group Engineering Resources Financial Management System

Nowadays, the development of economy and society in the world is dependingon the Informatization i.e. Information systemization&management, which isplaying a significant role in promoting economy and society. Informatization levelhas become a key factor to measure how strength a country or an enterprise is. As amodern management tool, Financial Management Control System on EngineeringResources (hereinafter called ERFM) will efficiently undertake to improve theinternal management in Longkou Mining Group (hereinafter called Longkuang), tooptimize the management process, to enhance the core competitive power for"Longkuang" and completely control financial management in "Longkuang". In thenear future, ERFM is expected to be applied to logistics, cash flow, data flowsuccessfully and efficiently.This Paper was written to verify the feasibility of ERFM running in "Longkuang"and prove the importance of ERFM in the engineering management of "Longkuang",after research works on financial management and organizational structure of"Longkuang" through the necessary investigation on the strategic planning,management-control mode, organization structure, routine procedure, informationinfrastructure and information system construction in "Longkuang". This article alsoanalyzed and studied the design of ERFM including data structure and topologicalstructure, in order to completely understand and learn how ERFM is controlling themanagement in finance and engineering resources.
