By collecting and analyzing the related data of 2014, this problem has brought great economic losses to the enterprise.The STD newspaper newspaper distribution center site status and problems to the total cost that resides in the cost, distribution center to the transportation cost, lack of lead to the newspaper out of stock cost and not according to the prescribed time served to delay cost and minimum as the goal, the establishment of newspaper distribution center location model and solution and give location scheme and STD newspaper newspaper distribution center location and provide a theoretical basis. The research results show that the proposed model and algorithm are effective, and the total cost of the optimal post location scheme is lower than the total cost of the existing distribution center site selection.
