It is widely used in the common mechanical equipment to transfer kinetic energy by shaft transmission, and the two axis of the shaft transmission equipment is the basic guarantee to ensure the efficient operation of the shaft transmission equipment. If the coaxial degree beyond the required range, normal operation of the equipment can be affected, light equipment to produce vibration and noise, affects the accuracy of the equipment, resulted in heavy bearing wear, break, even cause serious production safety accidents. Therefore, in the production and installation of the equipment must be carried out in the process of measuring the degree of coaxial.Nowadays usually using dial indicator, gauge and other tools to manual testing equipment of the coaxial degree, this method exist many shortcomings, and cannot be used in high precision equipment and installation of the measurement and laser aligner can be a good solution to the shortcomings of the traditional method and has good collimation, high measuring efficiency, high precision, automation advantages.Based on the above present situation, this paper aims to develop a simple operation, time saving and high precision, highly portable, inexpensive, and based on the model of two-dimension PSD position sensor of laser of measuring instruments, in order to meet the urgent need for the industry. This paper mainly studies the basic principle of one-dimensional and two-dimensional PSD sensor, infer when laser beam irradiation in sensor PSD, the formula of the output signal and the spot position, and based on the complete hardware circuit design measurement part; analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of laser in the measurement model; calculation formula double LD/PSD model is derived using two points method, four point method, arbitrary point measurement method based on the main controller; this paper adopts S3C2440 chip as the Linux in the embedded system environment QT platform is designed based on the software operating procedures, the operator through the screen to view the convenient operation, and rapid and efficient completion the measurement work; finally the system debugging experiment, verify the correctness of the system, achieves the expected design accuracy of 10 micron requirements, The factors which affect the accuracy of the system are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
