However the management of Our country’s traditional manufacturing was always using by hand.As the whole production process,which includes manufacturing technique、 production planing、production organization and so on,doesn’t have a unified control center,the transmission of information between various parts always has a certain delay,and it also makes a separation between production planning and production process. With the acceleration of economic globalization,the demand of the market becomes more diversified,the production activities of mobile phone manufacturing turn into more varieties, smaller batch and more personalized production from the original few varieties and large quantities.Traditional mobile phone production management,which is short of flexibility, cannot meet the demand of enterprise production management.The rapid development of computer technology has brought new changes for production industry, dramatically changed the production management of enterprise.The existing information technology can be used in the management of mobile phone’s manufacturing,which not only makes production planning, production implementation and basic information manangement of enterprise form a unified whole,but also has greatly improved the company’s productivity and reduces management costs.mobile phone production management system can improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,makes the enterprise more flexible to adapt to the demand of the market environment,which has a significance to the mobile phone production enterprises.The thesis designed and achieved the mobile phone production management system.In the development of this management system,we adopt.NET development environment which is very popular in today’s world, select C# programming language which is completely object-oriented, choice SQL Server 2008 database,use a three-tier B/S architecture in the design of software architecture,business can be operated by clients through WEB.The system designed and achieved planning management、 production management、worksheet management、users management and basic information management in the mobile phone production system. In planning management module can realise production plan、material requirement plan、 procurement plan; In production management module can realize getting material, rejecting material and entering-warehouse management of product; In basic information management module can realize the basic information of the employees, customers, departments and workshop management.The innovation and main work of this management system have two aspects, the users will have different permissions by assigning different roles for the users, which will facilitate the management of the system;the system uses B/S three-tier architecture,which will greatly decrease the coupling between different modules,make the system more flexible.
