Design And Realization Of The Sampling Surveysystem Of Foreign Investment Enterprises Equity Confirmation

To reflect the situation of foreign investors’ equity accurately and timely in China, organize investigation work of the foreign investment enterprise foreign equity scientifically and effectively, and explore the high quality and efficient way of yearly check, we designed the sampling surveysystem of foreign investment enterprises equity confirmation. The system improves the monitoring system of statistic the foreign equity, reflects the situation of foreign equity, so that our country could master the balance of international payments accurately, supervise the foreign equity scale, insure the balance of international payments. It is very practical significance for monetary authority to judge and forecast economic situation and countercyclical adjust the monetary policy.The respondents of this system are surviving business domestic institutions which have certificated "Foreign Investment Enterprise approval certificate" in mainland China, and foreign partnership investments which have been approved by business sector. A good sampling method will reflect the function and performance of system.The thesis’s main works are as follows:(l)The system designs a PPS sampling method (Probability Proportionate to Size Sampling). On the one hand, the method has high accuracy rate, on the other hand, it has low survey costs;(2) There are six modules include user management, bulletin board management, enterprise management, sampling management, equity reporting, statistical analysis in the system. The paper analyses the function, data structure, implementation method of those modules in detail.(3)According to the demand, the system should help bank to count data, such as foreign ower’s equity at the end of each quarter, paid-in capital, capital reserves, and summarizing foreignequity. Then the statistical result is more intuitive.(4) The End-Users are bank administrators and operators, the foreground interface must be simple andconvenient, and background management must be understandability.(5) The system uses Java language to develop system background, and use Html+CSS+ JavaScript to develop foreground, MySQL is used for database.The thesis detailed introduces concrete steps and applied technologies of the system, and declares the development process by the way of legends. This system has been a trial run in the people’s bank of China which is in Yanagzhou downtown.
