The development of social economy is changing many people’s life style. Traveling has become more and more people’s favorite choose during their break time, the number of tourists keep increasing every year. The change of human being’s lifestyle promoted the rapid development of tourism, tourist attractions of scale growing time by time. At the same time, the development of tourism facilitating the tour guide’s service industry, the requirement of tourist guide number and the quality of tour guide’s service increasing all the time. Traditional tourist service can not feed the part of market’s requirement and there are many problems that can not be solved easily in traditional tourist service system, such as tourist shortage, spotty of professional ability and personal quality, no mature personnel management system, etc.Science’s and electronic technology’s development provide the foundation for the research of electronic tour guide service technology, and now electronic guide system can replace traditional tourist service is possible in some situation. Some electronic guide products have been actually used in some scenic spots, but it is difficult to promote these products due to their inherent flaws, for instance, high cost of equipment, inconvenience of operation, etc. On the basis of android operation system mobile devices, in this paper, we proposed a design and implementation solution about intelligent tourist guide system. The detail descriptions are given about the three main functions in intelligent tourist guide system.The main research work includes the following sections:The design frame structure of intelligent tourist guide system and the definition of functional modules.With the Combine use of Assisted Global Position System location technology and Tianditu Mobile API for Android development packages, the client’s location function is realized successfully. A feasible solution that can improve the stability and accuracy of localization with nothing changed of hardware but the processing of location data.On the basis of location data, the representation of scenic spots area is been implemented by two methods, polygon coverage and graphic division. And gives a quick and efficient computing method to calculate the position relationship between point and area.Under the condition of limited time, come up with a solution for the best tour route problem.This solution is divided into three parts. First part, set up undirected graph object to analysis the best tour route problem and translate the key elements into mathematical expressions. Second part, Design the nodes’H-RVT tables based on Dijkstra shortest path algorithm. Third part, calculate the node’s benefit according to the source of the node and promote the best tour route generation solution in detail.
