Many of the existing equipments of transformer enterprises in China are in a state of semi-automatic, even manual operation, greatly reduces the filtered precision and productivity of oil, improve the enterprise cost. In Yinchuan City, a Transformer Co., Ltd. oil level require manual monitoring, the inject oil and return oil process of oil tank and transformer requires specialized employee monitoring, oil filter efficiency is not high, the filtered oil quality is not high, oil mass unknown in the system and so on, decided to use based on the Profibus-DP Field bus control system for a comprehensive technical transformation of transformer oil filtering system, cost savings, to solve practical problems, to improve the automation level of enterprise.Study of this paper through consulting the relevant data and some scholars in this regard and of related technology were summarized, and the in-depth study, based on that, detailed analysis of the process of system oil and oil filter principle; The oil tank, gas valve and other mechanical equipment centralized design, pipe layout design, calculation and type selection of pneumatic valve, pump,motor and other hardware; Acoording to the control system of the system design scheme, hardware configuration and selection, electrical control circuit design, control strategy choice; We design a control program on the lower computer and develop a configuration interface on the PC. Realized the automatic or manual control of the oil system, the automation of the oil system of the enterprise and the monitoring of the liquid level of oil tanks, and meet the requirements of the technical transformation of the enterprise.
