Along with the popular of computer and the development of information technology, construction of finance system has continued to rise, so the operating environment is under-going dramatic changes. China banks will construct or have completed new generation bonds information management system. New generation information management system is aimed at building an information system with customer-centric, product innovation, detailed management and process optimization.Based on network environment of Z bank, first of all, the thesis has elaborated the back-ground and sense of bonds information management system, development trends and research situation at home and abroad of it, as well as major elements of it. Then related some technol-ogy and theory foundation have been discussed, including the structure of the server, charac-teristics and storage, operating systems, databases and programming languages, as well as business basics. Combined with the features of component design concept, the advantages and disadvantages of component design have been analyzed roundly and deeply. Secondly, the paper has analyzed the current status and questions of bonds information management system, discussed the business scope of functions, non-functional requirements and issues to be ad-dressed, built the overall objective of the information system. Then, based on the information system architecture of Z bank, it has built bonds information management system architec-ture, analyzed the function module, researched and devised the interconnected systems, busi-ness processes, data flow, application processes, technology architecture and security archi-tecture in detail. Finally, bonds information management system has achieved on-line and sys-tem implementation, and shown the interface. Then the effect of the implementation of the system has also been described schematically.After the study and implementation of this article, it has resolved the shortcomings of the existing system, improved the system function, improved system quality, improved the effi-ciency of the system, improved system performance, reduced system resource consumption, strengthened system risk control, increased maintainability, scalability and code readability.
