Design And Implement Of Database And Security Mechanisms For Intermediate Business Platform Of Commercial Bank

With the continuous development of economy， the Intermediate Business isbecoming the growth point of the new service in the bank systems. It is a broad conceptof the intermediate business. There is a great variety of its business modes, patterns andapproaches, which are hard to unify in one expression. It is important to establish auniversal Intermediate Business Platform (IBP) to promote the growth of intermediatebusiness for commercial bank. IBP of bank makes full use of the interconnecting networkto afford the convenient and timely commissioned charge and pay service to enterprises,institutions and individuals. As for how to ensure the IBP running in an environment ofsafety and stability, to establish the information security mechanism for the IBP is greatlysignificant.Database and security is the base of IBP. In this thesis, based on function analysis ofIBP and standard database design theory, considering adequately the database sperformance and integrity, the database of IBP is designed and implemented. The thesisindicates almost all the potential security weakness of the IBP by analyzing its securityrisks. Then security model of the IBP is constructed. And the security mechanism for IBPis designed and implemented. A high reliable and efficient encryption algorithm (AES) isadopted and implemented in data encryption and decryption procedures to protect datasecurity. Combining with firewall and IDS, a special network structure is designed andimplemented to protect network security. Physical layer security is designed andimplemented using security techniques of storage and UNIX system. By analyzingsecurity mechanism of operation system and database, the security scheme of systemlayer is implemented. To protect application layer security, a transaction processingmiddleware is used, and the reverse and bank reconciliation mechanisms are designed.The IBP has been put into use now.It achieves the universal and scalablerequirements. And it works well in the real environment of production. This presents thatthe system design and implement are correct.
