Emergency rescue aiming to save lives and reduce property damage, disaster prevention and other aspects of the expansion is the most immediate mitigation action. So the smooth communication is the urgent need for a rescue began. First, the public network communication systems are often susceptible to be destroyed and cannot work properly at the time of the disaster; secondly, professional rescue teams will spend some time to enter the scene to rescue them; the affected people lack the necessary communication devices for self-help and mutual aid; Finally, the emergency communication system of existing rescue site and the implementation of the rescue positioning algorithm exist defects and problems more or less.usually, after the disaster, disaster area masses affect the nation’s heart; whether the communication flow or not is the first object of attention. At this time, we need to speed up the deployment of emergency communication systems to transmit the real-time data, voice, images and video transferred to the rear, and choose the right localization algorithm of locating aid for victims to in-depth understanding of the disaster and organize efficient disaster relief activities, satisfying the need of first aid. At the same time it can confirm the communication between the national people and disaster area, comfort the affecting masses.This paper summarizes a series of problems in the rescue site emergency communication, analyzes the current in the disaster relief the shortage of emergency communications, and proposes the eLTE Rapid deployment system. Paper illustrates the principle and realization method of the system. According to the eLTE Rapid deployment system covering area and the characteristics of the rescue site, I put forward a kind of modified CELL-BROWN triangle localization algorithm of least square, simulating Rapid response emergency rescue communication in the earthquake disaster area. In this paper, the rapid deployment system as numbers of nodes is divided into ordinary nodes for rescue and relief area density higher senior node. The simulation results show that:in the case of TDOA measurement error is difficult to eliminate, CELL-BROWN least-square triangle localization algorithm reflects certain advantages:in the case of emergency rescue communication it can be better applied to eLTE Rapid deployment system rescue in the realization of positioning. |
